Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Remove the husks and silks from the corn. Cut the kernels off the cobs.

Dice the red and green bell peppers and red onion.

In a large sauté pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced vegetables and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the corn kernels and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and stir in lime juice, chopped cilantro, salt, and black pepper.
