  3. In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Toss the sliced vegetables in the olive oil mixture until well coated.
  5. Grill the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until they are tender and slightly charred.
  6. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, and hot sauce to make a spicy mayo.
  7. Slice the French bread into individual sandwich-sized portions.
  8. Spread the spicy mayo on one side of each bread slice.
