Ingredients
  • 1 cup Okara
  • 1 block Tofu
  • 1 cup Ready-made Curry Sauce
  • 1 portion Pizza Dough
  • 1 piece Bell Peppers
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 handful Fresh Basil Leaves
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill.
  2. In a bowl, mix the okara and tofu together.
  3. Spread the ready-made curry sauce on the pizza dough.
  4. Top the pizza dough with the okara and tofu mixture.
  5. Add sliced bell peppers and onions on top.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the pizza.
  7. Grill the pizza until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  10. Slice and serve.
