Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with muffin liners.

In a blender, combine the spinach, banana, almond butter, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, chia seeds, and flaxseed meal.

Pour the wet mixture from the blender into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir until well combined.

Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups. Top each muffin with sliced almonds and dark chocolate chips.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let the muffins cool in the tin for 10 minutes. Then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
