Ingredients
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup Fresh parsley leaves
  • 1 cup Fresh tarragon leaves
  • 1 cup Green onions
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Anchovy paste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the basil, parsley, tarragon, green onions, garlic, and lemon juice. Blend until finely chopped.
  2. Add the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, anchovy paste, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  4. Transfer the dressing to a jar or container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  5. Serve the Green Goddess Dressing with salads, vegetables, or as a dip.
