Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and garlic cloves to the skillet and sauté until softened.

Add the green beans, canned stewed tomatoes, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine.

Cover the skillet and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 15 minutes, or until the green beans are tender.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
