Ingredients
  • 2 piece Flatbread
  • 4 tablespoon Hummus
  • 8 slice Cucumber
  • 4 slice Tomato
  • 4 slice Red onion
  • 4 tablespoon Kalamata olives
  • 2 ounce Feta cheese
  • 4 sprig Fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 pinch Salt
  • 2 pinch Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat a grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Brush the flatbread with olive oil on both sides.
  3. Grill the flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side, until grill marks appear.
  4. Remove the flatbread from the grill and let it cool slightly.
  5. Spread a layer of hummus on each flatbread.
  6. Top with cucumber slices, tomato slices, red onion slices, kalamata olives, feta cheese, and mint leaves.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  8. Fold the flatbread in half and serve.
