Ingredients
  • 2 fruit Grapefruit
  • 4 ounce Mixed greens
  • 1 fruit Avocado
  • 1 bulb Shallot
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon White wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Peel the grapefruits and separate the segments. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens and avocado slices.
