In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, water, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth batter.

Add chopped onion, tomato, green chili, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to the batter. Mix well.

Heat a non-stick pan and drizzle some oil.

Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it in a circular motion to form a pancake.

Cook on medium heat until the bottom side turns golden brown. Flip and cook the other side as well.

Repeat the process with the remaining batter.

Serve hot with chutney or yogurt.
