Gooey Toasted PB and J’s
The first recorded recipe for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich appeared in a US cookbook in 1901.
This is vegan, high protein and quick meals recipe. Dish can be prepared in 10 minutes. Even a beginner can handle preparing this dish. Number of ingredients: 4.

Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.

On the other side of one bread slice, spread peanut butter.

On the other side of the other bread slice, spread jam.

Press the peanut butter and jam sides together to form a sandwich.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Place the sandwich in the pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and gooey.

Remove from heat and let it cool for a minute.

Cut the sandwich diagonally into halves.
