  2. In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, almond meal, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  4. Press half of the mixture into a lined baking dish.
  5. Arrange the apricots on top of the mixture.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining mixture and sliced almonds over the apricots.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing into squares.
