  2. In a bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour blend, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond butter until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Flatten each dough portion with the bottom of a glass.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set.
