Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.

In a blender, combine the cooked beans, eggs, honey, olive oil, and almond milk. Blend until smooth.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour blend, baking powder, and salt.

Pour the bean mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir until well combined.

Fold in the chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.

Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.

Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
