Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Oats
  • 0.5 cup Almond flour
  • 1 cup Mixed nuts
  • 0.5 cup Dried fruits (e.g. raisins, cranberries)
  • 0.25 cup Honey
  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together oats, almond flour, mixed nuts, dried fruits, honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the dish.
  5. Once cooled, cut into bars and enjoy!
