  • 2 piece Ripe Bananas
  • 2 cup Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 3 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl.
  2. Add the oats, almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
