In a separate bowl, mix together the olive oil, honey, and warm water.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring well to combine.

Once the dough comes together, knead it for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
