  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  3. Add the gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix well.
  4. Fold in the chopped walnuts and dark chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  8. Cut into bars and serve.
