  1. In a large bowl, combine the gluten free flour blend, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
  4. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and shape each portion into a round bagel shape.
  5. Place the shaped bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Cover the bagels with a clean kitchen towel and let them rest for 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  8. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and carefully drop the bagels into the boiling water. Cook for 1 minute on each side.
  9. Remove the bagels from the water and place them back on the baking sheet.
  10. Brush the bagels with egg substitute and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  11. Bake the bagels in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
  12. Allow the bagels to cool before serving.
