Peel and slice the carrots.

In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and add carrots. Cook for 5 minutes or until tender.

Drain the carrots and set aside.

In the same saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

Add ginger and cook for 1 minute.

Stir in honey and salt.

Add carrots back to the saucepan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until glazed.
