  • 2 pound Potatoes
  • 4 piece Garlic Cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Herbs (optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
