Ingredients
  • 2 pound Potatoes
  • 4 clove Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook until the potatoes are fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Using the bottom of a glass or a potato masher, gently press down on each potato to smash it.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle the mixture over the smashed potatoes.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
