  • 2 cup Garbanzo beans
  • 1 can Coconut milk
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions, garlic, and ginger until golden brown.
  2. Add tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  3. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add garbanzo beans and coconut milk. Stir well.
  5. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
  7. Serve hot with rice or naan.
