  • 2 cup Garbanzo Beans
  • 3 medium Beets
  • 1 small Red Onion
  • 1 cup Fresh Parsley
  • 3 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse the garbanzo beans.
  2. Peel and dice the beets.
