  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions. Set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic cloves. Sauté until the vegetables are softened.
  4. Add the cooked black beans, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper to the pan. Stir well.
  5. Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix everything together. Cook for a few minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped cilantro.
  7. Let the Gallo Pinto rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
