Ingredients
  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 1 cup Orange juice
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and slice the carrots into sticks.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the orange juice, honey, cinnamon, salt, and olive oil.
  4. Place the carrot sticks on a baking sheet and pour the orange juice mixture over them.
  5. Toss the carrots until they are well coated.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and caramelized.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
