Ingredients
  • 350 g Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 medium Banana
  • 240 ml Coconut Milk
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 100 g Granola
  • 100 g Fresh Strawberries
Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine frozen strawberries, banana, coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  3. Sprinkle granola evenly over the top of the mixture.
  4. Freeze for at least 3 hours or until firm.
  5. Remove from freezer and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes.
  6. Cut into bars and serve with fresh strawberries on top.
