Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.

Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the cooked rice and stir-fry for a few minutes.

Push the rice to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the empty space.

Scramble the eggs and mix them with the rice.

Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.

Garnish with chopped green onions.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
