Ingredients
  • 500 gram Puffball mushrooms
  • 100 gram All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Clean the puffball mushrooms and slice them into 1/2 inch thick pieces.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Dip each mushroom slice into the flour mixture, coating it evenly.
  5. Place the coated mushroom slices into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Remove the fried mushrooms from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
