Ingredients
  • 16 slice Pickles
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 cup Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. In a shallow bowl, mix together flour, cornmeal, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together egg and milk.
  3. Dip pickle slices into the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Fry pickle slices in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
