Ingredients
  • 1 cup Fresh Green Peas
  • 1 cup Sugar Snap Peas
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Bring a pot of water to boil and blanch the fresh green peas and sugar snap peas for 2 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In a serving bowl, combine the blanched peas and snap peas. Pour the sesame dressing over the peas and toss to coat.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve chilled.
