  • 2 cup White beans
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Molasses
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 4 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a large pot, soak the white beans in water overnight.
  3. Drain and rinse the beans.
  4. In a baking dish, combine the beans, onion, maple syrup, molasses, mustard, salt, pepper, and water.
  5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Let the beans rest for 10 minutes before serving.
