Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until vegetables are tender.

Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.

Add kidney beans, black beans, pinto beans, and cannellini beans (all drained and rinsed). Stir to combine.

Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and water. Stir well.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Remove from heat and let rest for 10 minutes.
