  2. Form rice mixture into patties of desired size and shape.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook rice patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  4. In the meantime, julienne the carrot and cucumber.
  5. Assemble the rice burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, followed by a rice patty, carrot, cucumber, vegan mayonnaise, sesame seeds, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Cover with the top bun and serve immediately.
