Fillet O’tofu
The Fillet O’tofu is a vegetarian version of the popular fast food sandwich, the Filet-O-Fish.
This is vegan, gluten free, high protein and low carb recipe. Dish can be prepared in 40 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 10.

Press the tofu to remove excess water.

Cut the tofu into fillets.

In a bowl, mix cornstarch, soy sauce, garlic powder, and paprika.

Coat the tofu fillets with the mixture.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan.

Fry the tofu fillets until golden brown.

Remove from heat and let them rest for 5 minutes.

Toast the burger buns.

Assemble the Fillet O'tofu by placing lettuce, tomato, pickles, and tofu fillet on the bun.
