Ingredients
  • 2 cup Cassava flour
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley
Instructions
  1. Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add the cassava flour and salt, and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly until the flour is toasted.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the parsley.
  5. Serve hot as a side dish.
