Ingredients
  • 1 cup Chickpeas
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil
  • 4 piece Ice cream cones
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, blend chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  2. Add flour gradually and continue blending until the mixture forms a thick paste.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls and flatten slightly.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the falafel balls until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  7. Place each falafel cone in an ice cream cone.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite sauce or dip.
