  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt coconut oil over low heat. Stir in maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  8. Stir in dried cranberries.
  9. Store in an airtight container.
  10. Serve with milk or yogurt as a delicious breakfast or snack.
