Ingredients
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Egg substitute
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, mix the melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Add the egg substitute to the butter mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and stir until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a greased baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
