Cook rice, lentils, and pasta separately.

In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté onions until golden brown.

Add garlic and cook for another minute.

Add tomato sauce, cumin, and salt. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Mix the cooked rice, lentils, and pasta together.

Pour the tomato sauce mixture over the rice mixture and toss well.

Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Serve hot with a drizzle of vinegar on top.
