Ingredients
  • 1 bunch Fresh ramps
  • 250 gram Pasta
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 200 gram Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 50 gram Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, trim the roots off the fresh ramps and finely chop the bulbs and leaves.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped ramps and garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes until they start to soften.
  5. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet. Toss well to combine.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Serve the pasta hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
