  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.
  3. Add the vegetable oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk to the mashed bananas and mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour blend, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped walnuts and chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Remove from the oven and let the banana bread rest in the pan for 15 minutes.
  10. Transfer the banana bread to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.
