Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.

Once melted, remove from heat and add shredded coconut. Mix well.

Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

Spoon the chocolate-coconut mixture into each liner, forming a nest shape.

Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator and let the nests set for 30 minutes.

Once set, remove the nests from the refrigerator and gently remove the cupcake liners.

Place mini chocolate eggs in the center of each nest.
