Ingredients
  • 1 cup Edamame
  • 1 block Tofu
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Boil the edamame in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a blender, combine the boiled edamame, tofu, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with cilantro.
  5. Serve with your favorite chips or vegetables.
