Ingredients
  • 400 gram Carrots
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Peel and slice the carrots.
  2. In a pot, add water, carrots, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to low.
  4. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until carrots are tender.
  5. In a small pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  6. Add sesame seeds and toast until golden brown.
  7. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  8. Once the carrots are cooked, remove from heat and drizzle with soy sauce.
  9. Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds on top.
  10. Serve hot.
