Ingredients
  • 200 gram Carrots
  • 200 gram Celery
  • 150 gram Onion
  • 300 gram Potatoes
  • 400 gram Tomatoes
  • 4 cup Vegetable broth
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 piece Bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Chop the carrots, celery, onion, potatoes, and tomatoes into small pieces.
  2. Place all the chopped vegetables in a crockpot.
  3. Add vegetable broth, garlic, bay leaves, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper to the crockpot.
  4. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
