In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add the chai tea bags and let steep for 5 minutes.

Remove the tea bags and stir in honey until dissolved.

In a blender, combine the chai tea, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.

Place popsicle sticks into the molds.
