Ingredients
  • 100 gram Hazelnuts
  • 100 gram Almonds
  • 50 gram Sesame seeds
  • 20 gram Coriander seeds
  • 20 gram Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. In a dry pan, roast the hazelnuts, almonds, sesame seeds, coriander seeds, and cumin seeds until fragrant.
  2. Let the ingredients cool down, then grind them in a food processor or mortar and pestle until coarsely ground.
  3. Add salt and pepper to the mixture and mix well.
  4. Serve the dukka with bread and olive oil. Dip the bread in the oil, then coat it with the dukka mixture.
  5. Enjoy!
