Ingredients
  • 2 cup Corn
  • 1 cup Lima Beans
  • 1 cup Bell Pepper
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the corn and lima beans for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in the cooked corn, lima beans, tomato, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
  5. Serve hot as a side dish.
