Ingredients
  • 8 leaf Lettuce leaves
  • 4 tablespoon Hummus
  • 8 slice Sliced deli meat (turkey, chicken, or ham)
  • 4 slice Sliced cheese (optional)
  • 1 piece Sliced cucumber
  • 1 piece Sliced bell pepper
  • 1 piece Sliced avocado
  • 8 piece Cherry tomatoes, halved
Instructions
  1. Lay out the lettuce leaves on a flat surface.
  2. Spread a tablespoon of hummus onto each lettuce leaf.
  3. Place a slice of deli meat on top of the hummus.
  4. If desired, add a slice of cheese on top of the deli meat.
  5. Layer cucumber, bell pepper, avocado, and cherry tomatoes on each lettuce leaf.
  6. Roll up the lettuce leaf tightly, enclosing the fillings.
  7. Secure the roll-up with a toothpick if needed.
  8. Repeat with the remaining lettuce leaves and fillings.
  9. Serve the Double Deli Lettuce Roll-Ups as a healthy and delicious appetizer or snack.
