  • 800 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  1. Boil the potatoes until tender.
  2. Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly.
  3. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  4. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and gently smash each potato with a fork.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Drizzle the mustard mixture over the smashed potatoes.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
